Important Enrollment Notice

Educational Harbor is a small, mission-driven, private Christian school. Enrollment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are guided by a student’s overall fit with the school’s instructional model, behavioral expectations, available resources, and ability to participate safely and successfully in a general education setting.

While we strive to serve a wide range of learners, Educational Harbor is not equipped to meet every possible academic, behavioral, medical, or support need. At this time, Educational Harbor may be unable to offer enrollment to students whose needs exceed the scope of services and supports the school is able to reasonably provide, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Students performing more than two academic years below their age-appropriate grade level in one or more core subjects

• Students with a history of frequent school changes, where continuity and stability may be a concern (as determined by administration)

• Students who are unwilling or unable to follow school behavioral expectations or participate appropriately in the classroom environment

• Students who are unwilling or unable to follow the school’s Biblical conduct standards, which guide behavior, interactions, and community life

• Students with a documented pattern of serious or repeated behavioral incidents, including bullying or safety-related concerns

• Students who are unable to comply with the school’s attendance or punctuality policies, which are essential to academic success

• Students without reliable daily transportation, as the school is unable to provide transportation services

• Students requiring specialized medical, mental health, emotional, or therapeutic services beyond what Educational Harbor can reasonably support within a general education setting
